Abstract: 

the influence of regional factors is so crucial on tourism planning. And it has dramatic effect on tourism satisfaction. In this regard determine index is so necessary for determine tourism comfort. Among indexes which are studying tourism climate comfort, can be noted the Physiological Equivalent Temperature (PET), Predicted Mean Vote (PMV), cumulative stress index (CS) and tourism climate index(TCI). Among the previous indexes, The Miskovski tourism climate index has high value and importance. Tourism climate index include seven elements: are average of daily maximum temperature per month by C, average of minimum relative humidity by percent, The average of daily temperature by C, average of daily relative humidity per month by percent, average of monthly rainfall (R) per month by mm, average of monthly wind speed (W) by Kilometer/ hours per month, average of monthly hours of sunshine (S). The aim of doing this research is studying climate situation quantitative of Charmahalo Bakhtiari province of comfort and bioclimai dimension and determine the province tourism calendar is based on tourism climate index. To determine tourism climate index in Charmahalo Bakhtiari province, at first the data has been collected the climate homogenous data of an statistical period of 15 years for 8 Synipetic and Clemeto station and after analysis and processing them in Excel and also preparation of data base, tourism climate index has been calculated for regional stations according to municipal each month of year and by using geographical information system technique has been prepared tourism climate index plan based on height map (DEM) for all month of year. Then the existing maps were analyzes and were specified that the month January, February, March, December and November do not have an appropriate climate conditions for tourism in this city. But April has the highest diversity and regional classes, it is observable in these months five classes from critical up to perfect in all over the city. Also on July, August and October was observed three classes: very good, perfect and ideal. The best climate comfort conditions observed for this city in June and September that two perfect and ideal classes covered all over the city. Finally have been prepared a table based on preparation maps to determine best tourism climate comfort conditions 30 tourism gravity in this city.

Abstract: 

Generally, employment and criteria related to it show economic quality population. In the event that most of the development and economic scholars declare employment as way for evaluating safety, stagnancy and miserable economic of society. In addition, in this view, stagnancy, inflation and poverty are related to each other by unemployment, and their influence on each other can cause absolute falling of national economic .In an essay we tried to investigate and analyze census data by using scientific and codified method and then prove theories by results. At the end, the results of this study show that employment is going to services and so by continuing this process in the next decade we will have developments of services parts and at the other side releasing development of other economic parts of province.

Abstract: 

Background: Measurement of background radiation is very important from different points of view especially for human health. The aim of this survey was focused on determining the current background radiation in one of the highest altitude regions ( Zagros Mountains ), Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, in the south west of Iran . Materials and Methods: The outdoors-environmental monitoring exposure rate of radiation was measured in 200 randomly chosen regions using portable Geiger-Muller and Scintillation detectors. Eight measurements were made for each region and an average value was used to calculate the exposure rate from natural background radiation. Results: The exposure dose rate was found to be 28.4 m Rh-1 and the annual average effective equivalent dose was found to be 0.49 mSv. An overall population weighted average outdoor dose rate was calculated to be 49 nGyh-1, which is higher than the world-wide mean value of 44 nGyh-1 and is comparable to the annual effective equivalent dose of 0.38 mSv. Conclusion: A good correlation between the altitude and the exposure rate was observed, as the higher altitude regions have higher natural background radiation levels

Abstract: 

A hospital based case-control study was conducted to determine the risk factors of Brucellosis and typing of detected Brucella from blood culture of patients in Chaharmahal and Backtiari province in 1999.A total of 100cases and 101controls were filled in the questionnaire and their blood samples were cultured in castanida. Controls were matched for sex and age with cases by frequency matching method. Biotype 1 Brucella mellitansis was detected in 34 of 100cases. After controlling for confounder factors and interaction between these variables by using logistic regression, it was found that the history of disease (Odds Ratio= 3.32, 95% CI= 1.03-5.23), contact with aborted fetuses of animals (Odds Ratio=3.82, 95% CI= 1.79-8.12) and consumption of at least one unpasteurized dairy product (Odds Ratio=2.96, 95% CI= 1.36-6.58) are associated with Brucellosis. In addition, in 34 cases with positive cultures, occupational contact with animals, has been considered as a risk factor (Odds Ratio=2.65, 95% CI= 1.15-6.1). Since in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province people add unpasteurized cream to buttermilk in traditional method, butter is associated with Brucellosis (Odds Ratio= 2.79, 95% CI= 1.56-5.01).

Abstract: 

Background: The study of population change indicates that population growth is likely to continue the next quarter century. In addition, many settlements are located in high risk areas. In this study, the province of Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari was evaluated based on two key factors analyzing in recent years: the seismic vulnerability of settlements and roads.Methods: In this research, the earthquake risk zonation was performed by using IDW method (Inverse Distance Weighting), GIS and seismic data in order to evaluate settlements and roads in Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari province. In this analytical descriptive study, the fault condition was measured by using the neighborhood function.Findings: Considering the high potential of active faults, it is essential to define safe bounds next to the faults. These guidance lines are applicable in urban planning, disaster management, geo sciences in preventing the direct interruption of active faults. Total of 7 cities and 58 villages exposed to the direct risk of faults interruption; also about 1,072,590 km of roads have a very high vulnerability to the faults interruption in the province based on the vulnerable distance to the faults.Conclusion: The results indicate that there is high density of rural settlements and roads in western and northwestern areas; however, however eastern settlements are larger, dispersed and low in number. The progressive development of roads and settlements has significantly increased the potential seismic risk.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The present study aims to identify and explain the futures of Iranian provinces in the competition for the development of NBIC technological convergence (synergy between nanotechnology, biotechnology, information technology and cognitive sciences) with a focus on Yazd province. Method: This research, which has been conducted with a qualitative and descriptive approach, is classified as an exploratory futures-study. In this way, the relevant research records were first reviewed to compile a list of drivers in the development of convergent technologies. The list was then refined and prioritized to identify two key drivers, with the Delphi process attended by fourteen experts. By intersecting the uncertainties of these two drivers, four scenarios of the province's future in technological convergence competition emerged. Findings: The two key drivers affecting the success of the province in the competition for convergent technologies are: the rate of development of the innovation ecosystem and the amount of financial resources allocated to this process. Based on this, four scenarios of the future situation of the province in this field were identified, which have been named as "Vanguard", "Buyer", "Remnant" and "Hired". Conclusion: In order for the provinces to be able to succeed in the forthcoming competitions in the production and operation of convergent technologies, it is necessary to plan for strengthening the ecosystem infrastructure from now; at the same time, it is necessary to make efficient efforts to provide sufficient financial resources for the research and commercialization of these technologies.

Abstract: 

The main goal of this study is to evaluate the wind energy potential in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province to identify suitable rural areas for obtaining wind energy. In order to reach this goal (useing 7 meteorology stations information in the province from 2008 to 2016), the Weibull distribution was used for potentiometric; meanwhile, Kriging was applied to interpolate the area. Weibull estimate was done by using the torque method and the codes was written in Maple software. The steps were: measuring Weibull distribution parameters at different heights; calculating monthly and annual (PA); and EA was earned from calculation of data once in three hours in all synoptic stations. The results showed that only Saman district is appropriate to create wind energy and the other areas are not suggested for this purpose. Another result of the study was the wind potential interpolation maps with rural area distribution and without dispersion of them.

Abstract: 

Lizards with about 3000 species are a large group of reptiles. These animals have a pronounced position in the life web and land ecosystem. Zoologists have carried out many studies about lizard identification in different parts of the world. The results of their studies led to the introduction of new species and the preparation of geographic distribution maps. In spite of numerous studies done by internal and external foreign researchers in the country, there are still some areas which need to be studied. So far no record of such study has been found about lizards in Cheharmahale-Bakhtiari province. Sampling was carried out in the Spring and Summer 1380-1381, in Ardal, Shahrekord and Lordegan regions. The ambush method was used primarily for sampling and the specimens were preserved in ethyl alcohol 70% and the large specimens were injected by formaldehyde (10%) before preserving. The results include 5 families, 9 genera and 10 species. Agamidae with 3 genera and 4 species was the most diverse families. Lacertidae with 3 genera and 3 species was the second diverse family. Gekkonidae, Scincidae and Varanidae each with one genus and one species were the least diverse family. The results also showed that Shahrekord and Lordegan regions each with 8 genera and 8 species had the most species diversity and Ardal with 6 genera, and 6 species had the second rank of diversity in this study.

Abstract: 

During collecting information regarding “kilims” in Chaharmahal-va-Bakhtiari province, it was understood that whatever we recognize under the general term of “Khorjin” can be divided into three categories: small, normal and big ones as described below. (1) Small Khorjins (50×25 cm) which are weaved in both parts of province, i.e. Chaharmahal & also Bakhtiari. They are used for keeping expensive things and objects, documents and also women personal things. (2) Normal Khorjins (100×50 cm) which are weaved for caring foods, things and usual tools which are related to person’s job. These Khorjins are produced by Chaharmahalies and Ghashghaies. (3) Big Khorjins (150×100 cm) which are weaved to displace large amount of loads, dresses and light beds. Just Bakhtiari people produce them. Most of these hand-woven items are produced with simple Kilim method, but for weaving some of them, people use pile techniques and some special and important weaving methods special to this province and known as “Rendi” and “Soozani”. From viewpoint of designing, these beautiful products have some designs which are originated from the beliefs and customs of these people or are produced by these tact weavers in the case of being impressed by surrounding environment, or by using geometrical drawings. Apart form ownership issue, safe-keeping and producing something that meet human’s needs, the most important thing regarding them is their beautiful coloring schemes and wonderful drawings which delights their viewers.

Abstract: 

Hydatid cyst is the larval stage of the cestode worm Echinococcus granulosus, which causes echinococcosis in human and some other mammalian. Iran is located in endemic zone of this disease and Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari province, due to existence of sheep husbandry jobs, has a potential for high prevalence of the disease, Therefore, this investigation was carried out of study seroepidemiology of hydatic cyst in human in this area. In this descriptive study, 1000 serum samples from blood donors and 1524 from patients referred to clinical laboratories of the province, were subjected to immunoelectrophoresis to derect seropositive cased for hydrated cyst. The prevalence of hydrated cyst in sample population (2524) were 4.8 percent. The infection rate of the disease among males and females was 4.4% and 5.1% respectively. Lord Egan city has the highest rate of the infection while Ardal city had the lowest one . Blood donors had a lower infection rate compared eith patients referred to clinical laboratories. The results of this investigation revealed that there was a major difference between the prevalence of hydatid cyst in Chaharmabal va Bakhtiari and that of some other parts of the world.
